Can I use a regular steel or plastic hanger?
For safety and quality, it’s best to use the standard hangers provided, as regular ones may cause hazards or deform under certain conditions.
Can I skip washing and just refresh items in the Smart Closet?
It is recommended to wash items with stubborn stains, strong odours, or deep wrinkles before placing them in the Smart Closet.
Odours, especially from oily substances or musty smells from long-term storage, may transfer during operation and can be difficult for steam to eliminate.
Additionally, items need space to allow steam to penetrate effectively for wrinkle removal.
Can I skip the spin cycle and dry items directly in the Smart Closet?
Avoid placing very wet items in the Smart Closet. Shake or wring out excess moisture first to prevent moisture build-up that could affect performance or damage the machine.
